Season Pass Details & Definitions
Junior: Ages 12–17, or students with valid student ID. Proof of age or student status may be required.
Senior: Ages 65 and older.
Family: Covers up to four family members—parents and their children living in the same household. Children must be under 18 or full-time students with valid student ID.
Additional family member: One additional eligible family member may be added for $175 at the time of the original purchase.

Season Pass Policies
Valid anytime during winter operating hours.
Your pass category is based on your age at the time of purchase.
Season passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the passholder.
Season passes are non-refundable unless Ski-Insure was purchased, and any refund is subject to its terms and conditions.
Ski-Insure offers season pass cancellation or deferral coverage. See the terms and conditions below for details.

Season Pass Cancellation Insurance
Protect Your Season Pass with Ski-Insure
Ski-Insure is optional season pass cancellation insurance that provides refund or deferral protection if you’re unable to ski due to injury, illness or an unexpected job relocation. Coverage begins when you purchase your pass with Ski-Insure.
Refunds & Deferrals
Before the season begins: If you become unable to ski at Wentworth for a covered reason, your full season pass can be deferred or refunded.
After the season begins: Refunds are prorated based on an 80-day ski season, using the number of ski days that have elapsed—not the number of days you have used your pass.
Example: If 20 ski days have elapsed when you become unable to ski, 60 of the 80 days remain, resulting in a 75% refund of your pass price.

Conditions
IMPORTANT: Insurance must be purchased at the same time as your pass.
The period of non-participation must be at least 30 days.
Claim must be made within 30 days and the pass must be surrendered immediately.
Insurance does not cover incapacitation caused or contributed by intentional self-injury.
How to make a claim
Present your claim at the ski area within 30 days.
You are required to present:
a. season pass
b. a report/notification from your doctor, complete with the date on which the medical condition precluded skiing and prognosis; OR in the event of job relocation, a letter from your employer will be required.
